As a funeral singer and pianist, it’s Mary’s great privilege to help each family honor the memory of their loved one through music. She has performed in funeral home chapels, churches, internment sites, grave sites, and reception halls for both religious and secular memorial services. 

Mary is sometimes asked about her work as a funeral singer. She always replies that she sings for these services because she hopes her music can bring comfort to those whose hearts are grieving. As a result of her own experiences with loss, Mary approaches each service with empathy, gentleness, respect, and care.
